In 1994 38 Luquillo Beach Blvd. (a.k.a. 38 Ocean Drive) in Luquillo Puerto Rico was in a state of ruin. Rafael Mariano Nido Figueroa was able to establish handmade furniture, refinished kitchen cabinets, refinished all wood work, set new drive way gates, establish front door and repair all roof leaks.
