Between December 12th, 2006 and the summer of 2009 38 Luquillo Beach Blvd. Luquillo Puerto Rico had been vandalized (some windows stolen), driveway gates missing and the yard was overwhelmed  by overgrown tall grass and weeds. The real estate taxes were in arrears’ and Reina Nido Berrios still unwilling to sign listing agreement placing 38 Luquillo Beach Blvd. Luquillo, Puerto Rico for sale.

 

 

Saturday, June 27th, 2009, Jorge Rafael Nido Colom volunteered to improve 38 Luquillo Beach Blvd., Luquillo, Puerto Rico for the benefit of all.  Rafael Mariano Nido Figueroa clearly in writing empathizing 'improving the property as you propose--Each participant may use the common things, provided that they dispose of them according to their purpose and in a way that does not harm the interest of the community, nor prevent the co-participants from using them according to their right.'

Both Rafael Mariano Nido Figueroa and Mariolga Nido Colom agreed to let Jorge Rafael Nido Colom to move into 38 Luquillo Beach Blvd. Luquillo Puerto Rico property to improve for the benefit of all. To activate electricity (electricity account AEE #034-0294383-002-4) and water (water account AAA #113943700030). Mariolga Nido Colom provided Jorge Rafael Nido Colom $1,500 to pay AEE (The Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority Co.) to start electric service back at 38 Luquillo Beach Blvd. Property.  

 

June 12th 2012 Reina Nido Berrios filed civil legal action as plaintiff in Fajardo Puerto Rico in err against Rafael Mariano Nido Figueroa et.al. (Rafael Mariano Nido Figueroa very much alive) Reina Nido Berrios claimed division and distribution of her participation of 38 Luquillo Beach Blvd., Luquillo, Puerto Rico. Denouncing Jorge Rafael Nido Colom exclusive use of 38 Luquillo Beach Blvd., Luquillo, Puerto Rico  Case No. NSCI201200385
